Northeast Corner of 17th street causeway and US 1 in ft lauderdale. First plaza after the BP station. Beats any similar Greek fast good anywhere. Fresh ingredients. Healthy salads. Meat cooked to order. Best Greek chicken salad ever- with grilled to order Greek spiced chicken. $10.59 with tax. Great philly cheese steak. Good Gyros too as well as platters. Awesome after the beach.

Taking forever to re-open after a car accident out front that took place a long time ago. I miss the food. It was good, hile you could actually get it.

Not bad! The girl behind the counter wasn't rude but she wasn't very friendly either. The gyro was a nice size for $8 but it was pretty average in taste. This is a good option if you're in the area and have a hankering for gyros, I just wish the tzaziki had more flavor/garlic.

I don't know how authentic this place is but the pitas are pretty good for lunch and BIG portion, not a fancy place to have dinner maybe just lunch or as a passerby. very good and filling. I come often for lunch and love their chicken pitas.

I go to Greek Express when I am working from home and want something other than Subway or PDQ. They have good Gyros and Gyro Platters. I would have given them 4 stars but I went once at 11:00am as the hours state on the door and they told me they were closed and to come back at 1.

Chicken gyro was really tasty and generous. .. blonde girl taking orders was very nice and helpful and they put the Dolphins game on for me. .. place was extremely clean too. . Good amount and quality of good for the price

Our office has been ordering from Greek Express for the past year. Since January we have spent over $1000 in gyro lunches and we have enjoyed our food as well as the service. But all that has changed. When we called yesterday to place an order the woman who answered the phone, Jessica, was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was frustrated when we were customizing our gyros, 2 of them were simply asked to have no onions and to have extra tzatziki sauce on the side. The order had to be repeated to her several times. We have ordered the same 3 gyros in the past without any issues and the previous girl who worked there was very polite and accurate. I was not asked to leave a name for the order and after being spoken to so rudely did not want to call back, so my co-worker called back to confirm the order and was spoken to in the same atrocious manner. When I went to pick up the order, Jessica had one last chance to redeem herself and be polite, but instead she was rude again gave the excuse that there was a line, when I called and ordered. When we got back the order was incorrect and we called to inform them. At first, she would not give her name and hung up several times. We asked to speak with the manager and she said she was in charge. We never spoke to a manager and we never received an apology for the poor service.

Great easy Greek standards with a dine in or tack out option. Staff is friendly, location is clean, and lots of free parking. I'm here at least once a week and want more people to come here so they stay busy and open!

I have to agree with the previous reviews. While the staff was friendly enough and the place was clean, the food left something to be desired. I ordered a gyro pita and a side of hummus. The $13 tag was a little high I thought, but it wasnt a surprise. The gyro was decent, but nothing special. The hummus was so extremely salty that I couldnt even finish it. I mean, I know that Greek food is salty, but this was unreasonable. Gyroville right up the road is much better, and much faster.

First time here. Had the gyro platter. Wow. Allot of food. It flowed over the side of the plate. Tons of meat and salad and rice. All tasted really good. Never thought this place would be this good. Quick in and out. I recommend.

Ordered the Greek salad with chicken , I must say it was excellent , they give a lot , I couldn't even finish it all! Very tasty would go back for sure! The only thing I wish they had was delivery service !

Ok... So have you ever been in a place that has absolutely no personality... If not go here. Horrible. First things first... I have difficulty reading menu boards and enjoy having a paper menu in hand... They don't have them. Second... Absolutely No Personality to the establishment nor its employees... No music, stark white walls with a few of those pictures from Greece that you see everywhere. You know the ones with the bright beautiful blue sky/water and the white buildings. After placing and paying for my order I was thinking to myself, damn... Wish I hadn't already paid cause I would have cancelled my order and walked out. Paid $11.99 for a Steak Greek Salad. 1 beef skewer and a small bowl of lettuce with 4 large pieces of pita. Yuck! I don't see this place lasting very long unless they are doing major lunch business.

Ended uh here because I accidentally thought this was gyroville which is located one block east in a different plaza. The food is ok nothing to write home about. The place was cleaner than I expected both the cooks were wearing gloves so that was a good sign. Got a chicken platter just chiken they grilled with wild rice. The side Greek salad was kind of week i know it was a side but small pieces of feta and not even one Greek olive. The one thing that was the best out of the whole meal was the pita bread. I didn't love the food it was OK decent enough to eat, but I don't think I would go back here. I like gyroville 1000 times better and that is down the street.

I apologize. I apologize for asking you for food. It's been a while since I had a "WTF do you want?" experience like this one. And the gyro meat is dried out and the tzatziki is weak, I apologize for giving you my money.

Very disappointing experience. We came to eat at 8:30, knowing that closing time was 10. The employee was standing outside with the open sign off, and when I asked when they closed he replied "right now". He also did this to another couple. I obviously have no idea how the food is as I prefer not to waste money on people that pull this kind of BS. Try Papaya Gyro a couple of miles away. Great food atmosphere and service.

Not worth the cost for very average food. Gyro meat was really dry, fries and salad just palatable. At no point while eating my meal did I think "Man, this is really good". Nothing unique, different or desirable about this place. Staff seems ok, but not really welcoming. First and last time here for me.

Pretty good place for a quick Greek meal. Tasty gyro meat, good wild rice, wam pita bread and well seasoned fries. The chicken is good too. This place is clean and pretty quick. I have had no issues with the food, and think it is good for a quick bite, but maybe a touch overppriced. Personally I like it better than Gyroville as I find it to be a better atmosphere, and the food at Gyroville has not always sat right in my stomach.

My issue isn't really with the food or even with the high prices. I am righting about the terrible customer service. I went there a couple of times and when I was served the cashier looked and acted like I was bothering her by ordering. But my REAL issue is with their hours. I walked there on three separate occasions in the evening and they had closed early. The last time the cook was standing outside smoking. Never going there again and instead sending my business to the Greek chain up the road.

The delicious food and friendly staff was unfortunately overshadowed by the slow service (took over 15 minutes for 2 gyro platters with 1 person ahead of us) and the prices ( over $25.00 for 2 gyro platters and 2 soft drinks). But again, the food was very-very good.

Randomly popped in here, and surprised that the food is much more authentic than the setting would imply. Everything we tried was great: the eggplant, chicken and rice, chicken wrap. Fresh, good portions, not cheap but not expensive. Great sauces, nice service. Great for lunch with the kids.

I always enjoy a meal here. The food is always fresh!!! The grilled eggplant is the absolute best! I would highly recomnend the Greek Express for a quik yet healthy meal for a very reasonable price.

The people from Greek were great scholars who aimed to excel in everything they do. The results are quite visible in their food as they are the inventors of olive oil which is beneficial to health. Greeks also made different type of wines from the best quality of grapes fermented in controlled environment.
